Our Process
Five Phases. No Black Boxes. No Retainer Traps.
Every YPD engagement follows the same five-phase process. You always know exactly where you are, what comes next, and what it will cost.
We Listen Before We Prescribe
A structured 90-minute session with the founder. We map your operations, understand your team's capacity, and identify where AI creates genuine leverage — not where it sounds impressive. Most consultants skip this. We start here.

This session is not a sales call. It is a diagnostic. You will leave with clarity on what AI can and cannot realistically do for your business — regardless of whether you proceed with us.
Fixed Scope. Fixed Timeline. No Surprises.
You receive a written project definition document. Deliverables, timeline, price, and what is explicitly outside scope. No scope creep. No retainer traps. If you want to proceed, you approve it. If not, you owe us nothing beyond the discovery session.

The definition document is a binding scope. We do not add scope during the project without your explicit approval and a revised timeline and price. This protects you and it protects us.
We Build the Architecture First
Before writing a line of code or deploying any tool, we design the system architecture. Data flows, integration points, access controls, escalation paths. You see exactly what we are building before we build it.

Most AI projects fail not because of the AI — but because of the integration. We design the full system before touching implementation. You review and approve the design.
Transparent Progress. No Black Boxes.
Weekly updates. You see the system being built. You test it before we hand it over. If something needs adjusting during the build phase, we adjust — within the agreed scope.

We share work-in-progress versions at every milestone. You test with real data from your business before we call anything done. Sign-off is yours.
We Do Not Disappear After Handover
Every engagement includes a post-handover support period. Your team gets documentation, training, and a direct line to us if something needs attention. We want the system to work — not just to hand it over.

Documentation is written for the actual people who will use the system — not for developers. Your team will know how to operate, adjust, and troubleshoot what we build.
Our Commitments
What You Can Hold Us To
Fixed Scope
What we define at the start is what you get. No scope creep without your explicit approval.
Fixed Price
The price in the project definition document is the price. No surprise invoices.
Fixed Timeline
We commit to a delivery timeline and we meet it. If we cannot, we tell you in advance.
Founder-Led
Ayan Biswas leads every engagement. No juniors handed the project after the pitch.
